Notes

'Santa Fe' coneflower (Echinacea 'Santa Fe') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, pollinator gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist soil of most types. Bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and birds visit the fragrant blooms. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal. Plants reach 12 to 24 inches tall and wide.

Pairs well with Stella de Oro daylily, Sapphire alpine oatgrass, and Alpine aster.
