Notes

'Satisfaction' tulip (Tulipa 'Satisfaction') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. The flowers open early to late spring on stems about 20 inches tall. The outside of each bloom is bengal red, while the inside is tyrian purple with a creamy base and yellow anthers. Nieuwenhuis Bros bred it.
