Notes

'Scarlet Ruffles' zinnia (Zinnia elegans 'Scarlet Ruffles') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, and pollinator gardens. Frost will kill it, so set it out only after the last frost in spring. This plant likes full sun and dry to average, loamy soil. Deer tend to pass it by. It is drought tolerant and grows at a rapid pace with an erect habit. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the blooms.

Pairs well with ProCut Plum sunflower, Radiance cosmos, and Red fescue.
