Notes
'Thumbelina' zinnia (Zinnia elegans 'Thumbelina') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, and pollinator gardens. Frost will kill it, so set it out only after the last frost in spring. This plant likes full sun and dry to average, loamy soil. It grows fast and stands erect. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the blooms. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal.
Pairs well with Cosmic Orange cosmos, Sungold sunflower, and Red fescue.
