Notes

'Screaming Neon Red' rose (Rosa 'Screaming Neon Red') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, cut flowers, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. It grows in a bushy shape about 35 to 47 inches tall and wide. Fragrant medium red blooms appear from late spring to early autumn and attract bees. Peter Ping Lim bred it in 2013.

Pairs well with Karl Foerster feather reed grass, Prairie dropseed, and Grape hyacinth.
