Notes

'Seashell' rose (Rosa 'Seashell') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Its fragrant, medium pink flowers open in late spring, early to late summer, and early autumn. Bees visit the blooms. The compact habit keeps it tidy, and Jackson Dawson bred it in 1916.

Pairs well with Jackmanii clematis, Obedient plant, and Japanese forest grass.
