Notes

'Secret Passion' coneflower (Echinacea 'Secret Passion') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, pollinator gardens, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist soil of most types. It blooms in summer and again in autumn, and the flowers are fragrant. Deer tend to pass it by. Butterflies, bees, and birds visit the blooms.

Pairs well with Yarrow, Bee balm, Red-hot poker, and Standing Ovation little bluestem.
