Notes

'Señora de Carulla' rose (Rosa 'Señora de Carulla') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, cut flowers, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. It bears fragrant, medium red blooms in late spring, summer, and early autumn. Bees visit the flowers, and the glossy foliage looks good all season. Francesc Bofill bred it in 1961.

Pairs well with Karl Foerster feather reed grass, Amsonia, and Clematis.
