Notes

'Sequoia Gold' rose (Rosa 'Sequoia Gold') is a shrub for borders, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The bushy plant stays 14 to 18 inches tall and has medium green leaves. Fragrant, medium yellow flowers open in late spring, again in summer, and again in early autumn, and bees visit them. Ralph S. Moore bred it in 1987.

Pairs well with Sea holly, Little bluestem, and Blue mistflower.
