Notes
'Shaylor’s Dream' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Shaylor’s Dream') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The large double flowers open in early to late spring. They start palest flesh-pink and turn white in the center, with excellent fragrance. Growth is vigorous and the plant blooms freely.
Pairs well with Cinnamon fern, Carnaval De Nice tulip, and Winterberry.
