Notes
'Sienna Sunset' tickseed (Coreopsis 'Sienna Sunset') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, pollinator gardens, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to average soil of most types. It grows 12 to 18 inches tall and bears burnt sienna flowers from early to late summer, which draw butterflies and bees. It sits low on the menu for deer. Drought tolerance makes it an easy pick for a sunny bed.
Pairs well with Blanket flower, Spotted beebalm, and Feather reed grass.
