Notes

'Silent Night' rose (Rosa 'Silent Night') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun to part shade and loamy or clay soil. The fragrant yellow blend blooms open in late spring, again in summer, and once more in early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. Samuel Darragh bred it in 1969.

Pairs well with Rose of sharon, Wide Brim hosta, and African marigold.
