Notes

Silver tansy (Tanacetum niveum) is a perennial for borders and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and dry soil of most types. Its fragrant silvery leaves look good all season, and butterflies visit the blooms in spring and summer. It reaches 12 to 24 inches tall and spreads 24 to 36 inches. Deer rarely make it their first choice.

Pairs well with Miss willmott's ghost, Catmint, and Ornamental onion.
