Notes

'Sister Clara' daylily (Hemerocallis 'Sister Clara') is a perennial for borders and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average soil. The pale yellow flowers have a small green throat and smell sweet. Rabbits tend to nibble other plants first. Bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and birds visit it, and it handles drought and salt.

Pairs well with Big Daddy hosta, Blonde Ambition blue grama, and Picture peony.
