Notes

'Snow' everbearing strawberry (Fragaria ananassa 'Snow') is a fruit for the food garden. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and moist soil. White semi-double flowers open in spring and again in summer, and they attract bees. The red fruit is medium-sized, and plants keep producing in six week intervals until fall. Runners stay restrained, so it suits tight spaces.

Pairs well with Victoria rhubarb, Purple Ruffles basil, German Johnson tomato, and Contender peach.
