Notes

Soap aloe (Aloe maculata) is a succulent for borders, containers, and xeriscape gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry, sandy or loamy soil. Bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds visit its flowers, and the leaves stay evergreen. Deer tend to pass it by. It handles drought and salt well.

Pairs well with Spiral aloe, Paddle plant, and Stonecrop.
