Notes
'Souvenir de la Malmaison' rose (Rosa 'Souvenir de la Malmaison') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil of most types. Its deep pink blooms are fragrant and appear in spring and again in summer. Bees visit the flowers, and the compact habit suits smaller beds.
Pairs well with Lavender, Cat mint, Ornamental onion, and Foxglove.
