Notes
Spanish fir (Abies pinsapo) is an evergreen tree for low maintenance landscapes. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It grows best in acid to neutral soil. This tall tree can reach 50 to 75 feet high and 15 to 30 feet wide, so give it plenty of room.
Pairs well with Giant sequoia, Umbrella tree, and Fountain grass.
