Notes

'Spice' rose (Rosa 'Spice') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, cut flowers, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The light pink flowers are fragrant and bloom from late spring into early autumn. Bees visit them, and the stems have few or no prickles. Jackson & Perkins Co. introduced it in 1954.

Pairs well with Amsonia, Mondo grass, and Snapdragon.
