Notes

'Stainless Steel' rose (Rosa 'Stainless Steel') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, cut flowers, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The upright canes carry fragrant mauve blooms from late spring into early autumn, and bees visit them. Thomas F. Carruth bred it, and Weeks Roses introduced it in 1991. It may get a little mildew, so give it good air flow.

Pairs well with Purple top, Artichoke, and Anemone.
