Notes

'Starion' rose (Rosa 'Starion') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, cut flowers, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The upright shrub bears fragrant red blend blooms in late spring, early to late summer, and early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. Francois Dorieux II bred it in 2007.

Pairs well with Hardy geranium, Bigleaf hydrangea, and Little bluestem.
