'Star's Favourite' dahlia (Dahlia 'Star's Favourite') is a bulb for borders and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full sun and dry soil. The pink flowers have long, twisting petals around an ivory center and bloom from summer to frost. Bees visit them. Deer rarely make it their first choice.
Pairs well with Globemaster allium, Purple sage, and Shenandoah switchgrass.
