Notes

'Stella' rose (Rosa 'Stella') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, containers, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Mathias Tantau, Jr bred it in 1960. The fragrant pink blend flowers open in late spring, again in early to late summer, and once more in early autumn. Bees visit the blooms.

Pairs well with Anise hyssop, Nelly Moser clematis, and Queen of Night tulip.
