Notes

'Stresa' tulip (Tulipa 'Stresa') is a bulb for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. The red and yellow blooms open from early to late spring. It stays 6 to 12 inches tall, so it fits well at the front of a bed.

Pairs well with Thalia daffodil, Ernest Markham clematis, Delphinium, and Bridal Bouquet peony.
