Notes

'Sugar Plum' foxglove (Digitalis purpurea 'Sugar Plum') is a perennial for borders, cottage gardens, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It blooms in early to late spring and again in early to late summer. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds all visit the flowers.

Pairs well with Bartzella peony, Ornamental onion, Eden rose, and Primrose.
