Notes

'Sunburst' rose (Rosa 'Sunburst') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, cut flowers, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The deep yellow blooms are fragrant and attract bees. Joseph Pernet-Ducher bred it in 1912. It blooms from late spring into early autumn.

Pairs well with Stargazer lily, Buffalo grass, Mexican hat, and Climbing hydrangea.
