Notes

'Sunburst' tickseed (Coreopsis 'Sunburst') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, pollinator gardens, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to average, sandy or clay soil. Yellow flowers open from early to late summer and again from early to late autumn. Butterflies and bees visit the blooms. It reaches 18 to 24 inches tall and tolerates drought.

Pairs well with Blue grama, Joe Pye weed, and Hummelo betony.
