Notes

'Sunday Orange' celosia (Celosia argentea 'Sunday Orange') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, and accents. It cannot take cold, and a freeze will end its season. This plant likes full sun and dry to average, sandy or loamy soil. The plumes mix orange, yellow, and green, and butterflies and bees visit them. Deer tend to pass it by. It is drought tolerant, so it is easy to keep.

Pairs well with Profusion zinnia, Blood flower, and Black-eyed Susan vine.
