Notes
'Sunny Proud' tulip (Tulipa 'Sunny Proud') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. The light yellow blooms open from early to late spring on stems about 28 inches tall. Meelebo B.V. bred it, so you can cut the stems for bouquets.
Pairs well with Thalia daffodil, Hosta, Monsieur Jules Elie peony, and Switchgrass.
