Notes
'Sunset' cosmos (Cosmos 'Sunset') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is not cold-hardy and will not survive freezing temperatures. This plant likes full sun and dry to average, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Butterflies and bees visit the blooms, which can appear from spring through autumn. It also tolerates drought, so it suits a low effort bed.
Pairs well with Sungold sunflower, Indian blanket, Cerise Queen yarrow, and Red fescue.
