Notes

'Sunsilk' rose (Rosa 'Sunsilk') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Its fragrant, medium yellow blooms appear in late spring, early to late summer, and early autumn, and bees visit them. Gareth Fryer bred it in 1976.

Pairs well with Smooth hydrangea, Switchgrass, Casa Blanca lily, and Smoketree.
