Notes

'Teardrop' common ivy (Hedera helix 'Teardrop') is a fast-growing vine. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun to full shade and average to wet, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It stays evergreen, handles drought and salt, and attracts birds. Deer rarely make it their first choice. Give it room to climb.

Pairs well with Wild ginger, Siebold's hosta, Inkberry, and Cinnamon fern.
