Notes

'Texas Big Bend' daylily (Hemerocallis 'Texas Big Bend') is a perennial for borders and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average soil. The orange blooms have a green throat and are fragrant. Rabbits tend to pass it by. It blooms in spring and again in summer, and butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the flowers.

Pairs well with Blush peony, Blonde Ambition blue grama, and Fire and Ice hosta.
