Notes

'The Bride' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'The Bride') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. It bears large, saucer-like white blooms with a center of long yellow stamens. The stems are weak, so you may want to give the plants support. H.A. Terry bred it.

Pairs well with Knapweed, Pink Impression tulip, and Sensitive fern.
