Notes

'Valdivia' tulip (Tulipa 'Valdivia') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. It grows about 12 inches tall and has red blooms from early to late spring. Remarkable C.V. bred it, so you can cut the stems for vases.

Pairs well with Bridal Crown daffodil, Cat's Pajamas nepeta, and Standing Ovation little bluestem.
