Notes
'Victorian Laced' mosquito bills (Primula 'Victorian Laced') is a perennial. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and moist soil. Clusters of small red, black, or burgundy flowers with picotee edges open from early to late spring and attract bees. Rabbits tend to pass it by. The semi-evergreen rosettes have textured, mid green leaves.
