Notes
'Francee' hosta (Hosta 'Francee') is a perennial for borders, containers, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average to moist, loamy or clay soil. It stays low maintenance and grows 12 to 24 inches tall. It spreads about 47 to 59 inches wide, so give it plenty of room. Hummingbirds visit the flowers.
Pairs well with Aureola Japanese forest grass, Astilbe, and Bigleaf hydrangea.
