Notes

'Ville de Gand' rose (Rosa 'Ville de Gand') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The upright shrub bears fragrant orange-pink blooms in late spring, again in early to late summer, and again in early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. Jean-Marie Gaujard introduced it in 1951.

Pairs well with Purple Pillar rose of sharon, Cornflower, and Casa Blanca lily.
