Notes

'Viridiflora' rose (Rosa chinensis 'Viridiflora') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full sun to part shade and average to moist soil of most types. It blooms in spring, summer, and autumn, and bees visit the white flowers. The upright plant grows 24 to 47 inches tall. Guillot introduced it in 1855.

Pairs well with Lavender, Foxglove, Peony, and Ornamental onion.
