Notes

'Vuvuzela' gladiolus (Gladiolus 'Vuvuzela') is a bulb for borders and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet, loamy soil. Fragrant violet blooms open in early to late summer and again in early to late autumn. Bees visit the flowers. Tjeerd Dijkstra bred it, and the stems reach about 51 inches tall.

Pairs well with Festiva Maxima peony, Fountain grass, and Snapdragon.
