Notes

'W. E. Wallace' rose (Rosa 'W. E. Wallace') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, cut flowers, and specimen plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Deep yellow, fragrant blooms open in late spring, again in summer, and again in early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. Hugh Dickson bred it in 1922.

Pairs well with Little bluestem, Culver’s root, and Blue jasmine.
