Notes

'Wendy Cussons' rose (Rosa 'Wendy Cussons') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Medium red, fragrant blooms appear in late spring, early to late summer, and early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. Charles Walter Gregory bred it in 1960.

Pairs well with Coral Charm peony, Sweet pepperbush, and Red spider lily.
