Notes

'Westart' rose (Rosa 'Westart') is a shrub for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. It grows about 24 inches tall with glossy, light green leaves. Medium yellow blooms open in late spring, early to late summer, and early autumn, and bees visit them.

Pairs well with Karl Foerster feather reed grass, Prairie dropseed, and Grape hyacinth.
