Notes

'Wildcat' rose (Rosa 'Wildcat') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Its fragrant orange blooms open in late spring, again in summer, and once more in early autumn. Bees visit the flowers, and the compact habit suits small spaces. Colin Dickson bred it in 2012.

Pairs well with Iris, Annabelle hydrangea, and Switchgrass.
