Notes

'William Lobb' rose (Rosa 'William Lobb') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, specimen planting, and hedges. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil of most types. Mauve blooms open in early to late spring and again in early to late summer. They are fragrant and attract bees. Jean Laffay bred it in 1855.

Pairs well with Lavender, Foxglove, and Ornamental onion.
