Notes

'Wilshire' rose (Rosa 'Wilshire') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, specimen planting, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The upright shrub bears fragrant, medium pink blooms in late spring, again in early to late summer, and once more in early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. Joe Woodard bred it in 1991.

Pairs well with Purple Coneflower coneflower, Hollyhock, Queen of Night tulip, and Beautyberry.
