Notes

Witherod viburnum (Viburnum cassinoides) is a shrub for borders, specimen planting, hedges, and rain gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to wet soil of most types. Deer tend to browse other plants first. Its creamy white flowers are fragrant and attract butterflies, bees, and birds. The arching form reaches 5 to 12 feet tall and wide.
