Notes

'Acrocona' Norway spruce (Picea abies 'Acrocona') is a shrub for borders, specimen planting, and winter interest. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It grows at a rapid rate into a conical evergreen that birds visit. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. Give it plenty of room to spread.

Pairs well with Winterberry, Blonde Ambition blue grama, and Mount Hood daffodil.
