Notes

'Advance' snow crocus (Crocus chrysanthus 'Advance') is a bulb for borders, containers, and naturalized drifts. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and most soil types. The lemon yellow blooms have purple shading and attract bees. Deer rarely make it their first choice. It needs little care once planted.

Pairs well with Queen of Night tulip, Spanish bluebell, Sedge, and Ostrich fern.
