Notes

'Blue Pearl' snow crocus (Crocus chrysanthus 'Blue Pearl') is a bulb for borders, containers, and naturalized drifts. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and most soil types. The fragrant, pale lavender-blue flowers attract bees in late winter and spring. It sits low on the menu for deer. Plant the bulbs in groups so the small flowers make a bolder show.

Pairs well with Spanish bluebell, Black Hero tulip, and Royal fern.
